We introduce ourselves as a Manufacturer & Extrusion of Copper Based Alloy products, founded in March 2022, Located at Central India at MPIDC Industrial Area, Badiya-Khedi city in the Sehore District, adjoining a Capital City Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

We manufacture Brass Ingots, Brass Billets, Brass Rods, Brass Casting, Brass Pipes Tubes, Brass Hollow Rods, Special Copper Alloys, Brass Profiles Sections, Brass Extrusion Profiles and Bronze Ingots Billets Casting with standard as well as customized design capabilities.

We manufacture various types of Copper Alloy Extrusions and Brass Extrusions, which includes Copper/Brass Rod, Ingot, Billet, Various Profiles & Sections in conformation to different standards like IS, BS, DIN, ASTM, etc.

 These Free Cutting Rods find application in the manufacturing of various precision components, like Pinions, Shafts, Gears, Lock Bodies, Hardware Parts, Header Screws, Nuts, etc. which are used in various Electrical & Electronics, Automobiles, Sanitary ware Applications, Engineering Applications, Building Hardware, etc.

We specialize in brass extrusion rods in wide array of ranges like: Round Extrusion Rods, Square Extrusion Bar, Hexagon and Octagon Rod, Flat Extrusion Bar, Knurling Extrusion Rods with Brass Rods International Standards.

MANUFACTURING

Our Manufacturing procedures are minutely documented by our engineering team so that, our work force with basic intelligence can implement the same, to consistently produce quality products by appropriate adherence to the implemented procedures.

Manufacturing Process

CAPABILITY

We have in-house installed capacity of around 7200 MT per year, in plush area of 80,000 sq.ft, achieved with latest modern state-of-the-art technology and Quality Testing Capabilities.

Our extrusion plant an installed production capacity over 600 US tons per month.

WE HAVE

    • A 600 US ton extrusion press.

    • Two induction furnaces of a ton capacity each.

    • Annealing capacity in order to meetr increasing customer requirenments.

    • And anciliary equipment such as draw benches and straightening machines.

We manufacture standard shapes such as round square and hex in sizes ranging from 8MM TO 91MM. In addition to the shadrad shapes , we also manufacturer speclialied section flats and as per customer requirements.

We process a variety of grades . We also process non-standard grades of copper alloys as per customer requirements.

QUALITY

Our in- house laboratory has the capacity of measuring.

Our quality systems ensure that there is full tracebility of rods from input into the furance up to final dispatch of finsihed components.

All our products are compulsorily passed through spectrometer testing for alloy composition testing and hence we guarantee the material grade composition.
